what is Beavis' last name?
The song was "If I only had a brain" by MC 900 Ft. Jesus. The album is "One Step Ahead of the Spider".

My favorite Beavis and Butt-Head music ***** commentary ever, and the funniest one, hands down.
The more of today's TV shows I see, the better B&B looks!
Hi There,

Really enjoyed the article!

It's driving me nuts... what is the name of the song where "Beavis sings the bassline, going higher, higher", as you mentioned above.

Thanks,

Stuart
True. Though they wore shirts which read "Metallica" and "AC-DC", they panned their music ***** if they thought it sucked.
beavis and butthead did not like all rap or all rock they liked cool music.
they liked the same music i did i like rock and rap. very little rap but i did like snoop but all in all this show kicked ass. later fartknockers.
When B&B-H were made to praise rap and pan rock, I didn't really notice; I basically ignored their commentaries on music videos that I did not care about. That's why I don't consider it a shark jump; I was more concerned about what adventures they were going to get into this time. Though some music videos were funny:

- Godhead. They noticed he had the same last name Butt-Head did. When the ***** said, "GODHEAD!" They spoke over it with: "BUTT-HEAD"!

- Sledgehammer. They thought the sperm cells were sea monkeys and said, "Sea Monkeys are cool."

- Reacting in horror to Vanilla Ice and Milli Vanilli videos.

- Last but not least, the funniest music ***** commentary was...If I Only Had a Brain. Beavis sings the bassline, going "higher, higher" every so often as Butt-Head wonders what's wrong with him. No amount of smacking Beavis stops him, and once the song ends, Beavis finally stops. Butt-Head, however, is now singing the bassline.
This show never jumped the shark. It was hysterical for the entire run. However it does stink that MTV had to make the videos politically correct. Rap is crap, and the original episodes would have pointed that out. But that's small potatoes compared to the antics they were performing up to the very end.
I was sad when Beavis and Butt-Head were canceled, they were one of the greatest shows ever! The Simpsons was left on too long, then have gone REALLY bad and now they suck. So we either have our favorite shows cancelled or the shows go bad. We can't win...
Beavis & ButtHead never jumped the shark...

The show's creator just woke up mean and stupid one day, and canceled the funniest duo EVER!~~~

He is now a card-carrying member of al
Quaida...and the world sucks eggs!

PS: Isn't there ANYONE better to run for President of the USA??? Are these "Three Stooges" the best we have to offer??!!! Anyone?..Anyone?
I'm 50! now and the world has changed so much (for the worse!)

Beavis and ButtHead was the Best Show ever! It needs to be brought back NOW to make America laugh-out-loud again!

Notice how when "Beavis & ButtHead are Dead" started, the world (as we knew it) ended?! It's true!

B & B Rule!!!~~~
This show had its good episodes and weak episodes, but it was a guilty pleasure and I remember it fondly. I don't think I watched it past '94. Was that when it was cancelled?
"Not to mention the boundaries which cartoons can break, but live-action cannot."

Huh unh uhh hunh huh, you said "butt". Cool.
They're thinking of making a live-action version of Beavis and Butt-Head. Just great. :(
Before you accuse me of judging a book by its cover, I have NEVER seen a good live-action movie, show, etc. based on a cartoon show. The best was mediocre. And how are they going to do their cartoony antics live-action? As live-action characters, their voices will change (another shark jump alert!), and the stupidity will seem forced. Not to mention the boundaries which cartoons can break, but live-action cannot.
I have to say it jumped when Beavis and Butthead became wiggers. I guess it began in the second or third season. Every rap ***** that MTV wanted to hype was played on this show, and Beavis and Butthead only had nice things to say about it and they would even do that stupid dance with Butthead doing the "spank" movie during the *****. And of course they made fun of REAL metal bands. Beavis and Butthead were "metalheads" yet they acted like Malibu's Most Wanted! They made fun of metal videos and songs that are respected in the metal community, and never had a bad thing to say about any rap song. MTV ruined the show doing this crap.
