I am in agreeemtn, though I will say they had one redeeming episode; When Chiklis' old boss returns to offer him his job back, and his wife keeps referring to him as Satan . . . Which they make him out to be through various lines and camera tricks.

And the Satanic character is played by Donny Osmond. Hilarious.

NBC does it again...This is the 65th sitcom I've seen the guy that plays Daddio in-all which combine for about 65 total episodes. WHO WOULD EVER HIRE THIS GUY? Plus, my bladder wasn't strong enough to go through the first (and only) episode. I mean, the commercial for it makes me cringe and throw up. BLAH! It makes me sick just thinking about it.

I agree that it lame from Day One but as to the above posters who say they 'wanna kill that fat little slob'. Man, are you all in for MAJOR surprise! Chiklis has beefed up to the extent that would make Schwartzenegger shudder and plays the very intimidating Mackey on 'The Shield'. If nothing else, you gotta admire him for having the discipline and will to transform himself from a dweeb to a powerhouse!

You dont have to be an italian to be a new yorker, but there are some neighborhoods it helps.. But if they had a Bronx accent and weren't from it, at least it could show they could act. These idiots from Hollywood are so lame it sounds like they are trying to have a new york accent but are from San fernando Valley or something. I am really tired of that shit how Hollywood thinks these mediocre short little fat slobs are so cool, with there attempted accents. I think this show was subconsciously made so we could all take our frustrations out on this stupidity rather than kill the fat bastards. It hasnt worked though I still wannna kill the fat little slob.

I love how these hollywood idiots think a short little fatso is so cool. Give him a Bronx accent and he's cool, even if he's just some non italian whitebread. It's a good thing there brains are as small as they are, other wise they might realize just how stupid they are. The idea of the show was better than the delivery, but it still sucked!!

Hilarious relevant family sitcom, the star of it was hilarious. NOT....Sorry I couldnt resist. Although this show isnt as stupid as some shows it's one of the most annoying pieces of crap I've seen. The only thing good about it was the short time it lasted. Why cant they cancel the Simpsons so soon?

This show sucks more than anything I've ever seen and let me tell you I did not even watch it, the promos were bad enough. IS it every Hollywood honchos view of the "real world" that all these fat bald, middle aged men are married to these hot blonde babes (see According to Jim)

the whole show was supposed to be about kids in high school and then it basically turned into a freakin soap opera, i mean everybody was dating everybody and having sex with everybody come on!!

Oh my god! What a piece of garbage! Even the commercials suck. They show me a fat bald man dancing around in a tuxedo and I'm supposed to want to watch it now? Anyone ever see the first show? They're bringing it on again. BECAUSE ABC IS FULL OF DUMBASSES (They even cancelled the Dana Carvey show! And they got thousands of complaints, so many in fact, they could barely handle them). I don't get it, they come up with great shows, dump them, and swap them for crap like this. Anyone see the first episode? They usually put the funniest joke of the show into the commercial. The show is so bad, heres what the commercial showed. The son (Who, even for a child actor can't act) says "Dad, sign my homework sheet" and the dad says "Shouldn't you do your homework first?" and the kid says "uhh.. yeah!". Just sad. This show never had a chance to jump the shark, because it was never peaked. ABC should take this show off the air, apologize to us, and burn all the copies of it, then, bury the ashes in a nuclear waste dump just to be sure there's no chance of them ever being recreated.

Is it just me or does this bald, retarded looking actor, simply put, suck. As soon as I saw the promos for the show with him in it, I knew it would suck.

The show jumped on from the first episode. The concept of "Daddy at home with the kid, while Mom goes to work", has been used to death. First with Mr. Mom, then again on every network. Another problem was that everyone on that show was just not FUNNY!
