this show is a good show, com'on guys, 4 crying out loud, it's disney! and i think it's sweet that miley WANTED her dad on the show. billy ray cyrus seems like such a nice guy (i'm not going 2 say he IS a nice guy, because i don't know him). he's my FAVORITE on the show, aside from lily.
HM is a dull,cheap-looking,unfunny piece-of-crap tv show.It sucks being as old as I am,but I'd sure hate to be a kid right now...
Gee, with all the murders and crimes committed by blacks on a daily basis, I wonder why any show would want to portray such a kind and peaceful race in a bad light?

Well, let's see...Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Lindsey Lohan, Hilary Duff...and now, Miley Cyrus. I guess when you sign on with Disney, anything goes when you turn eighteen ( and in Miley's case, before even THAT). I don't want to see her fail, but after years in the Disney camp, when they are free of that, it seems they all turn around, sing songs with suggestive lyrics, and proceed to strut about dressed... like certain women you see on Sunset Strip or on the main drag in Vegas...I laughed when I heard Disney execs were "outraged" at the Vanity Fair pictures, when we all know they probably secretly thrilled at their new demographic: Vanity Fair-reading perverts...by the way, the show is crappy; I gave it 10 minutes one night and couldn't take 11...I can see why an eight-year-old would like it, though...
The Vanity Fair photo is tame compared to her internet pictures that appeared on TMZ last month, which are much to racey for a 15 year old.
Miley is not the sweet and innocent teenager that Disney wants the public to believe that she is. In a interview with People magazine(April 27,2008) she said that the internet pictures was a mistake. And now she is embrassed by the Vanity Fair pictures.

While any 9-year-old or person with a childish sense of humor will easily find this show amusing, I was forced to watch it while babysitting my younger cousins and I felt like I was staring at a preview of Hell. The jokes are not funny, the episodes nowadays are all about girlfriends and boyfriends and how "awesome" this Cyrus idiot is, and it's so blatantly racist and practically shouting at all the little kids to think of all black people and asians as bullies. If you haven't noticed, nearly all of Disney's "shows" are just the same stupid jokes said by different, horribly white characters. Ugh. I'm sick of Hannah Montana.

I do feel there is something really creepy about Miley and her Dad's professional pairing. I think that she will soon regret the fact that Billy Ray took advantage of HER career.
Teens have a way of rebelling. Those who have money and notoriety do it at a much higher level- like Britney and Lindsay. I don't wish any bad luck on Miley, but I think that all the prerequisites are in place for one hell of rebound into being the dark Miley. This will occur when Hannah runs out of steam and Miley is left with the realization that she will have to move on.
I've watched parts of the show and it is OK. Miley can act and sing, but like other child actors the simple act of growing up can change everything and not necessarily for the better.

Its a good show not great with some funny parts. The music is good if you really listened to it instead of just dismissing it because its Hannana Montana. For the people who say she will end up like Brittney Spaers you seem like you want her to. Just to say I told you so. WHY would anyone wish that on anyone? Watch the show and its better than alot of garbage on tv now.
Boring and weird show with too much racism. Montana attacks black girls verbally and colored people are treated like ghetto garbage. The southern "twang" is annoying and the music is BAD. It's too highly advertised and the public is bombarded with the annoying music. The Montana family need a haircut and a shave!

I'd be willing to bet that Miley will be the next Britney Spears- scandal wise that is! It's only a matter of time till she rebels and her anger towards her father will surface. Her skank "father" Billy Ray has ridden her coattails to revive his long dead "career". How sad that Miley's career has to be paired with the talentless Billy Ray Cyress.
And yes, the new Vanity Fair pictures were TACKY. The one I saw with Daddy Skank was particularly bad. Are we supposed to think that a dash of sex is appropriate in a picture of a father and daughter? Annie Leibovitz is a turd for taking these awful pictures.

I love the show Hannah Montana! but i do have to say that Miley did disappoint me with her recent vanity fair photos i would think she would of said no bet hey thats just my idea.the photos though have not changed the way i look her though.I still think she is a wonderful rollmodel.

I would not trade places with Miley Cyrus for anything. She's 15 and yet she's turned into this idol for so many young kids. People need to give her some space to be a kid herself.
This show has been mass-marketed to an extreme: you can't even go to any store anymore without seeing Hannah Montana shirts, notebooks, videos, cds, and games. This show was cute in the beginning, but recently it's only been about dating, and when it's not Miley finding a date, it's Lilly or Jackson or Robbie Ray. I think the emphasis this show has put on that plotline has been done too many times. What was the deal with Jake? He was a little too obsessed with Miley and I don't think that's a good influence to 7 year olds that boys, at 14, are going to be like that.
I think Disney needs to find more age appropriate plotlines. The characters are 15/16, but the audience starts at below age 7, and Disney needs to realize that.
