Yoo-hoo, Jump The Shark.tv com! You need to add two channels to the list: ABC Family and Disney Channel! ABC Family is soooo downhill; they hardly bill themselves as a family channel anymore, there are so-called “original” movies that are basically modern MST-like fodder, most of the shows are teen-to-adult shows, their marketing (both entertainment and non-entertainment ads) is edgy and adult, it just keeps getting worse as time goes on, there is no hope of any family stuff really returning (I know there are some 80s/90s family ABC shows, but they are better off on another network); as for Disney Channel, that’s another story: they used to be the home for all things Disney, classic, and various shows and movies, and now it’s garbage with bottom of the heap TEENAGE shows and movies such as KP, TSR, PotF, SL, HM, CitH, WoWP, SLoD, TCG, HSM (the worst), and others, and we nostalgic fans (anything up to May 2002) are treated to one-star TV movie sh-- from the early 2000s (think the Wonderful World recent revival) 1 to 2 times per week and only one good cartoon every morning at 3 A.M. (Little Mermaid series); it’s almost as if we are being ripped-off and insulted brutally about our God-given rights to be good, clean, honest people; the Disney-owned networks used to be good, now they are GARBAGE!!!!!

...And then it seriously went downhill for me when I realized that the stunts Kim does is pretty much impossible for someone like her. She can ricochet off of walls, do these AMAZING flips all over the place and can single-handedly take out more of Drakken's drones than you can count on one hand when all she really does is train for cheerleading.

It jumped for me when Wade came out of his room for real.

The horrible drawings. Whose idea was it for the women/girls to have a dark brown top lip? Also, can't we have people power instead of just girl power?

This show totally rocks. Kim is the ultimate teen hero. Ron is great as the bumbling sidekick/love interest. Terrific parody of classic spy series like James Bond. This show has lots of heart. Highly recommended.

You hit the nail on the head buddy. It's like those cop-shows where you know there's gonna be a scene where the 130 lb female cop slams a 300 lb bald biker with tattoos into a wall and cuffs him with a smirk on her face.

Face it girls, the vast majority of you are smaller and physically weaker than men. Don't believe me? Then why does rape happen? There are exceptions of course, but none of these exceptions look remotely like Kim Possible. Infact, most of them look like shaven gorillas with mullets.

It's all part of the politically correct feminasi agenda. I've seen girls who try to be like Kim Possible. I've even dated them. I must admit it's endearing to have a girl try that girl-power thing on you. You twist their arm around their back, or throw them over your shoulder and let them kick and flail for a while. Good clean fun.

Unfortunately I have yet to see the Kim Possible episode where Ron Stoppable slaps her on the ass and then pins her down and makes her eat grass clippings.

For shame, Disney Network.

Ok, first of all, Ron is portrayed as the girliest man alive. In this movie, he makes Michael Jackson look like Chuck Norris. They shouldn't be so set on making a female action hero that they make the guy in the story such a wimp. also, Kim is on steroids, obviously. All she does is train for cheerleadingm yet, her skill surpasses that of a ninja. It is physically impossible to do what Kim does. Make the hero strong, not inhumanly strong.

Sorry, naysayers, but change alone is not Jumping the Shark-in case you haven't noticed, change is the sine qua non of life. And since spoofing genres was Kim's raison de'etre, complaints along those lines fail as well. The show was, is, and shall always be top-notch,lovingly exploring the contraditctions of life that are unavoidable due to the human life-cycle. Sorry, cynicism is not justified with KP. It is simply the best cartoon of all time, for kids and oldsters like yourselves.

TV-Y7-rated violent action cartoons were serious. TV-Y7-rated violent action cartoons were in drama. Cute, smiling, funny, laughing, and non-violent 3-aged child audience cartoons were funny. Disney cartoons were great, and Japanese-animated. I hate funny peoples. I Love Ingrid Third from Disney's Fillmore. Disney's Fillmore is the best. Disney characters are Robotica from Disney's Ducktales, colored characters are Tron Bonne from Megaman legend. Heaven forbid there's any character development in a decent show.

I remember this show came out when I was in Kindergarten. Everybody was excited. My sister and I watched this show until I was in 5th grade, and she was in 8th or so. Why? Because it started getting bad. It lost its originality! Wade coming out of his room, Kim's new car, going to college and...the biggest mistake of all...MAKING KIM AND RON DATE!!! You cannot do that! You just cant! They were friends, and it should have stayed that way! Why must every single show/movie have that same junior high plot: Girl is so unpopular...Popular girls own the school...girl has best guy friend...guy friend secretly likes her...girl rises to fame...guy friend gets no attention and is upset...both make up and show their feelings...mean girls get what they deserved and the movie ends happily. And even if the 2 fell in love, they ruined it by making another season. if they had left off with the movie it would have been fine. *sigh* Maybe a good one will come along one day :?
