I thought this show was soooo good when i was little. now, i cant even remember what it was about. i havent seen the show since i was 7 but i think it might be a good show still... maybe. i used to seriously love it.
I just wanted to sign off as one of the people who liked it. Yes, it was corny and all those other things but honestly did anyone expect it to be compelling? Were there better things to watch on television? Sure. I don't know what happened as I stopped watching it before it left the air, but when I left it, it was an ok show to watch.
i would just like to say that all those people making crappy comments about the show i would like to remind you that it was a KIDS TV PROGRAMME and probably not itended for anyone with an adult attention span(no offense to kids)the show started when i was about 8 years old and i loved it. that was because i was 8 YEARS OLD. let me ask you this if i asked you to watch postman pat or sabrina the teenage witch would you actually say it was good????????????????
Easy - Day 1
One of the worst bands in history which gave us some of the worst solo attempts in history gets one of the worst TV shows in history.

When did this show jump the shark? well let me answer that question with another: Why does anyone care?
True, this show was never a masterpiece, in fact it was mediocre at best, but it really JTS when they began moving around without any other reason than keeping the show alive. The move to Hollywood (which basically was like 2 blocks away from where they lived) was the last straw, and the brilliant decision to move S Club to Barcelona isn't far behind in terms of horror.
Well...to be honest, I kinda lost interest when they left L.A. ... and then the next season they were in the faraway land of...Hollywood? Moving a few blocks down the street does not a new location make. Although, probably the biggest deal was when Paul Cattermole left the band, and they became simply S Club.
Arguably the most shameless half-hour-commercial-disguised-as-a-sitcom of all-time. And, ironically, S Club 7 probably would have had more success here in the U.S. had they NOT bothered with the show and alienated the image-conscious. And, while I'm the last person who would want to admit to buying a S Club 7 record, largely due to the piece-of-cheese that is the show, I up and got "7" at a used CD store the other day, and, to be perfectly honest, "The Colour of Blue" is easily one of the three greatest songs I've heard all year. And I'm a radio-station disc jockey, people! Even a band as cheesy as S Club 7 has made better records than the Top 40 stuff I'm forced to play! It's too bad the SHOW sucks. Can you imagine if EVERY teen-idol band got its own badly-done sitcom? "8 Simple Rules for Dating the Backstreet Boys"? "Everybody Loves Soul Decision"?
This show jumped the shark when they moved to L.A. When I first saw this show on Fox Family I thought it was a cute show I could watch with my little sister. As soon as they moved to L.A. I lost all interest I don't even know where they live anymore. I think they should have just ended it in Miami. I have to admit at least Miami could get a tiny smile out of me. But if Fox Family is still showing Two of a Kind episodes (there are only like 23 and they keep showing them over and over) S Club 7 is bound to be on the air for a lot longer even if it's only in repeats.
