Shark Bytes

I really loved knight rider, but truthfully, it wasn't the most intelligent show on earth. The only thing which made it interesting was the protagonist....and no, this wasn't Michael Knight. I never cared for David Hasselhoff as actor (or singer) and Michaels "I am the best"-attitude was simply tiering. KITT was the real star of the show. I loved how he brought Michael down a peg every week. (and in contrast to his driver, KITT was very good looking).
Team Knight Rider was doomed because there was no KITT. There were only dumb cars with one way personalities. And their drivers with the same one way personality. Than the crappy optic with the blue "Star Trek" clothes. The plot lines where even worse. Actually, it was mostly the same plotline every week (evil plan is hatched, team gets in danger, someone ends in some sort of trap, cars are driving a little bit, team gets the villian). It was like watching Batman again, only that this time it wasn't supposed to be a comedy. It was supposed to be adventerous and dramatic with a little but humor in it...but when it was supposer to be funny, it was boring, and when it was supposed to be dramatic it was unintentional funny or simply riddiculous.

The show was poor attempt at bringing back the franchise.Copp and the other writer totally missed the mark. The cars were awful...FORD come on! The interiors looked as though TONKA took over the design. Team Knight Rider died a horrible death. RIP

"Nobody loved that show more'n I did, you understand me. Nobody!" TKR had me excited for months. Then it Aired. No KITT, No Michael, people referring to the phrase "Knight Rider" within the show. No continuity, Power Ranger level effects and Car with no particularly distinguishing characterisitc. Why does my heart, feel so sad? 'cos TKR's terribly bad. Hiring actors would have been nice too. I was so upset, I didn't even care when it got cancelled. Still, the movie KR2010 was way worse.

I'm sorry, I tried to be open minded with this show when it premiered, but TKR completely ruined the legacy of Knight Rider. It was a poorly-written show for a dumbed-down audience. Team Knight Rider jumped the shark on day one.

I tried it, and didn't like it. It didn't have the same production value as the original and the cars didn't have the same capabilities as KITT. Even worse, the cars matches the personalities as their drivers. The refined leader's car was talked like a proper English gentleman, the tough black dude had a jeep with an attitude, The sexy hip chick had a car that had a sexy attitude, and the two young drivers drove motorcycles that acted had cycles acted like they were always in a lover's spat. How sad.

The show never jumped the shark! I don't know what you people are talking about! TKR was a show that allowed to you be drawn into a elaborate secret operate agency every week. They had 5 cars, with five different personalities. Dante was the intelligent one. Attack Beast had the attitude. Domino had the sass. Plato had the intelligence, and Kat, okay Kat didin't really have a personality. The stories were easy to follow, but weren't over-simplified...It was one of my favorite shows... TKR NEVER JUMPED!

Day One. Color-coded supervehicles? The concept was worn out when it was called Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers.
