The kids too much of a girly face geek ,they should just pronouce him gay and bring in a real bad-ass in his/her place so they can maybe save this show but anyway Lena Headey and Summer Glau are smokin.
Bob: The so-called "cliff-hanger finale" actually wasn't supposed to be one... because of the writer's strike, the season got cut off there.
The season finale to the first season bit. it felt like it was leading up to a big fight between the Conors and their Terminator fighting the FBI and the bad Terminator but none of that happened.
here is a thought-let's say that they stop skynet and there is no judgement day, won't that mean Kyle will not go back in time and hook up with sarah and then there will be no john. will john disappear?

CompareFrank: Good point! When I was in 9th grade I did know some guys who could grow beards, but I don't think that we're supposed to be able to notice it 
I did just look back at my first post on this show and think that i was just too irritated with particulars to be objective. The show actually *is* interesting and compelling but it does have some problems. It screws with the original time line (the breakout in T2 is placed in 1997, IIRC) and is trying too hard to be sexy instead of gritty.
That being said, it's a lot of fun, especially for a TV show, and I hope it comes back next season.

It's actually been a pretty good show. It's off to a great start, actually, and next season will make or break it by mid-season should it be renewed. There are several things that could cause the show to jump, most revolving around Cameron:
1) If Cameron gets romantically involved with Morris.
2) If John gets romantically involved with Cheri.
3) If they develop a romance between John and Cameron and it is too quick moving, overt, and does not coincide with her development of personality.
4) If any of the three are killed off.
5) If Cameron goes bad even temporarily
6) If there is a failure to develop her character any more rapidly, or if their is an abandonment of character development altogether.
7) If there is absolutely no attempt to develop a romance between John and Cameron.
Yes, I know I'm playing on a lot of potentials and the softer side of the plot, but from what I have read, that's one of the things actually propelling the show, and how it progresses will decide how it turns out.
Just my thoughts.

Note to Matt: re, John is 15 with 5 o'clock shadow - possible, I was that way at 14 (gave-up @ 40, now have beard). That aside, there is an age problem in T:SCC. John & Sarah seem closer in age than a mother and son ought. That's not the real problem - Dawson's Creek and a ton of other shows had the same problem. But Sarah dresses too sexy - her jeans are skin tight, and the low cut jeans she had on a couple episodes back ere outragious. Sarah dresses sexier & hotter than even Robo-Chick.
