Shark Bytes

From the beginning! Does anyone else remember this show? It was on TV about 1979 or 1980. The premise was a father's being so disgusted with his kids' materialistic attitude that he moves the family from their upper-middle class neighborhood into a poor section of town in order to teach them a lesson. (I am not making this up.) Even Hans Conreid as the family's new landlord couldn't save this show.
