The 30M version of Deal or no deal is not as good as the hour version. I have a few suggestions to make it better.
1. Rotate the models. As lovely as Tameka and Patricia are, I'd like to see them rotate on a weekly basis. Give me #3 Lisa and Pilar one week, then Ursula and Keltie. Switch it up!
2. If the contestant does not switch the case at the beginning, the producers should let them have the option of switching the case at the end. I don't see why the contestant that doesn't switch cases seemingly "loses" a chance at a better end amount. Conversely, if the contestant does switch their case, they forfeit this right. I've seen quite a few "endcases" that would have made the contestant more money if they had made the switch.
3. The banker needs to raise his offers.
I might be wrong, but over the last three weeks, I haven't seen anybody win more than 44k. (I'm working on a formula to help me prove this point. So far, I have this:
If highest amount REMAINING is 100k or less, offer should be 40% (40k and lower.)
If highest amount REMAINING is over 100k, offer should be no less than 30% of the highest amount.
*These should only apply when there are two or three cases remaining.)
4. Here's a tip to help you watch the show. I don't think I could just sit there and watch one episode. What I do is record them for the week and watch them all at once, fast forwarding through the commercials.
Hopefully, these tips and suggestions will help enhance your Deal or no Deal experience.

I not gonna say I'm apalled but I am very disturbed because I just saw Hayley in a very disturbing episode of " Crash ", it's the new reality based series on starz starring Dennis Hopper. Hayley was one the many girls in skimpy attire with their breasts hanging out and Hayley wore a robe over hers and I didn't think nothing of it and I thought she'd have like a 5 minute part and then there was the secen where all the other girls left and Hayley stuck around and then she and Ben ( Dennis Hopper's character's name ) go upstairs so I grabbed my remote and switch stations because I sure as heck did not want to see her
" get it on " with that old ass man !
Then I turned back and seen him standing over the young guy wearing nothing but a shirt and they young guy goes upstairs and there's Hayley, naked and completely bare-breasted in the shower and as soon as I seen her reach for the young guy's pants I quickly grabbed the remote and switched and did not turn back. Eventhough it was acting but still something like that'll trouble you a little bit, it certainly did me. It also felt like seeing Halle Berry bare-breasted and " getting it on " with the old man in " Monster's Ball ".

"Deal" just doesn't translate into syndication, as many gimmicks as there is on the main show, it's what makes the NBC primetime version fun to watch. The syndie (5x a week) just lacks energy and is frankly boring to watch.
Primetime "Deal" > Syndicated "Deal"
Primetime "Deal" > Syndicated "Deal"
I just gonna make this short and sweet.
The models of " Deal or no Deal " are more beautiful and gorgeous than those girls over at that stupid " Price is Right ". I don't care, two or twenty-six, " Deal or no Deal " models rule !

And somebody won the Million on the 10/29/08 show.
WITH 9 $1,000,000 cases on the board.
Come on now, this show is so RIGGED!

Does anybody remember some of the
ex-"Deal or no Deal " models ? I know the names of quite a few I wish would return. Like Lanisha Cole, remember her? She came to " Deal or no Deal " during the show's second season and her case number was #15 and left during the third season after a month and went back to " The Price is Right ". Lanisha returned to " Deal " as a substitute model ( stood in for Stacey, Keltie, Megan, Anya, and Krissy ) and now she's still on " Price is Right " with that so-called obnoxious host. What about Donna Feldman ? The first season she was #18 and then #17 and #22 during the second season and left after that season.
How about Nancy ( I can't spell her last name ) #23 in the first season and #24 the second season. And last but not least, Jill Manas, #11 in the first season and #12 all the way up to the last season and left. Please bring back these gorgeous models and replace the lameish and cheesy ones ( Brooke, Keltie, Krystal, redhead Lisa, and Kelly ).

I don't think the new daily version of this show is gonna make it after the first season because it's just simply not as good as the million dollar versionand it's boring. There are only two models and the briefcases are opened by hopeful contestants and it just takes the whole excitement out of the whole thing. And these stupid contestants who do get picked, they always open up all the big amounts and walk out the door with less than $10,000 or they take a certain deal and come to find out that they had a big number case, mainly the $500,000 case ( which happened twice to my knowledge ). This version of the show has been on the air for five weeks and they only had one six-figure winner and that was the very first show. Also throughout those weeks there have been some contestants who were either choosen or stayed there for the entire week, made this show jump the shark like from the first week, Grandma Jaye and T-Rex, and an annoying contestant from " business owners week " who did all the crazy yelling and hollerin' and I was going like " MAN, SHUT THE ( SAY WHAT ! ) UP? ". And where are they coming up with these dumb theme weeks ?
What's gonna be the theme next week ?
" drag queen week ? "

MY GOD they just drag this show out!!! Repeat the same crap over and over and talk to the family members. Just shut the ( bleep ) up and open the ( bleepen case )!!!!! Apparently they plan to only have one contestant on per show. What would happen if they took the deal early?
The new daytime version of " Deal or no Deal " is okay, it's certainly not the best. That was definately not how I pictured it at all because I thought that they were gonna do the daily version like how they had on " Oprah " that one time where they had 12 cases instead of 26 and $100,000 was the top cash prize. But why are there only two models ? I'm seeing all of the plugs and pictures and what not, it's just Howie and the two models ( Tameka #21 and Patricia #9 ) and Howie recently got a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and it was just those two models and after a while, the other 24 models are gonna feel like they're being left out. Since Patricia and Tameka are on the daytime version of " Deal ", they should be replaced on the nighttime version because one: the spin the deal wheel and drop the ball in the slot,
two: one goes over to her spot while the other one waits to see if the choosen contestant wants to switch his or her case, three: they're walking up and down the steps to collect the choosen cases from the other potential contestants and pass them along to the people backstage in 6 inch killer heels too ! I couldn't handle it. It's an okay show but it could be better.

Stick a fork in this show! Not only are they ramming this show 5 days a week now, they've also watered it down just like Millionaire, by lowering the dollar amounts on the cases. No more million dollar case? BORING! I get sick of the constant commercials and mindless chatter in between picking cases anyway.
I saw the syndicated version of Deal or No Deal. It is way better than the NBC version as the game seems to move faster. There are no annoying gimmicks, like Texas Soil and Cow Poop. The contestants seem to be sane. Actually, I wish they would incorporate the syndicated format for the NBC version.
There are also no annoying family members. Twoards the end of the show, Howie will ask a couple of contestants holding cases if so and so should take the deal, but that's about it. The NBC version wouldn't have jumped the shark if they had done it in the format like the syndicated version.
