Diane Sawyer and Blackdiane Sawyer (whoops, I meant Robin Roberts) are awesome!

And to the idiot who called Sarah Palin the "first female candidate for Vice President," um, hello, that was Geraldine Ferraro in 1984. But obviously, to you Deomocrats don't count.
This show is okay except for that Sam Champion guy. He looks like the bastard spawn of Jay Mohr and a Ken doll, and he's annoying as hell.
Lies and Smears against the family of Sarah Palin, Governor of Alaska and first female candidate for Vice-President of the United States of America.
I don't think its right that Robin from GMA takes the spotlight every day with her bald head1Its just a reminder EVERY DAY that she had CANCER.Well sorry but what has that have to do with World and Local News EVERYDAY!!!I only watch GMA because of Diane Sawyer!!!Unhappy Viewer
Good Morning America jumped when Charlie Gibson left and Chris Cuomo was added to fill his spot.

Chris has absolutely no charisma whatsoever, and gives a horrible presence to the show.

ABC should have choosen someone else for the newsreader gig.
"The Breakfast Club." A place for four chatty banshees to talk about what men should/shouldn't wear. Careful, this will be The Good Morning View of America before you know it! Whatever happened to news?
As with Today I find I prefer my toothpaste on my tooth brush in the morning and not on my TV. I've never been a fan of this limp genre. I have Fox and Friends on in the morning just to have something on, and, who knows, maybe they'll relate a little news now and again.

How people get paid so much money for doing shows like this is as much of a mystery as to how they stay on the air. But, there again I'm not a morning person anyway so I could be biased.
GMA JTS when critic Joel Siegel died.
I miss Charlie, but will continue to watch as long as Diane is on.
I thought the show jumped when they got rid of Joan Lunden. She took the show to a different level when she came on board and kudos to her for tolerating controlling David Hartman. She held her peace throughout her early years of being on the show. When she got the position of being official co-host her confidence grew more and David became more insecure. I was glad when they got rid of David Hartman and brought Charlie Gibson on. The Gibson-Lunden team were the best times for GMA and I still miss those days.
Robin Roberts is disgustingly annoying and obviously insecure. She intensely tries to dominate any conversation, any exchange with her co-anchors, the people she interviews, etc. Unlike her colleagues, she doesn't publish her bio on the GMA/ABC news website. I guess she thinks (justifiably so) that in contrast to Diane Sawyer's impressive bio dher own bio will appear lackluster and meager (it is...) (Go to nndb for Robin's bio.) She appears to be a classic, aggressive ambitious, climber and "wanna be." Save the world from "wanna bes!" They are annoying troublemakers!
It jumped this morning, when Charles Gibson departed for World News Tonight. Never again will we see the friendly, fatherly, figure on GMA or any morning news show like we will with Mr. Gibson. Generally, I avoided GMA because it had turned into Entertainment Tonight frequently, but I always enjoyed Charlie's humor and delivery. He will be missed greatly.
I thought Kevin Newman was a pleasant and likable replacement for the stale and stuffed Charlie Gibson. The short time that Kevin was on the air was refreshing and "hip" but alas, America couldn't handle the "newcomer" so the ABC suits brought back Uncle Charlie and Aunt Diane to make everybody feel "comfortable" again. Actually, I still like the show okay, but it has devolved into an ongoing commercial for Disney products and ABC shows. The first 45 minutes are all that's worth watching, then you can forget the "news" segments and get ready for interviews with "stars" and people who have the latest insights on "fashion" and celebrity dish etc.. Diane pretends to be klutzy and "out of it" a little too much and Charlie acts way older than his years. Elizabeth Vargas is sexy (those lips!!) but I understand some of the staffers refer to her behind her back as "Elizabitch..) The main thing that got on my nerves was the awful theme song a few years back..."Good things are Happening..." yuck!! They played that theme song on the morning of 9/11 and it was totally out of touch with reality! I know that they are trying desperately to knock the Today Show out of the ratings top spot for greater advertising bucks but I wish the news would get a little more airplay with fewer cooking segments and outside concerts. At least we don't have to sit and listen to that freaky "Cojo" guy talk about what's "in" and what's "out" in Hollywood like the viewers do over at the Today Show. And even though Joel Siegel's self important movie critiques are probably way off base (in favor of the Disney party line) they sure are a lot more tolerable than the clown act conjured up by NBC with The Critic's corner.
I don't think it ever did, I think all the reporters are professional, with a touch of humor and are creative. I know I'm the minority by looking at all the other entries, but I have been following this show every morning for about the last 15-20 years and yes, I seen it go through some changes (some not so good Lisa McKree) and good (Robin Roberts). I hope to see it on for quite some time.
I gave up morning "infotainment" shows a while ago. However, "GMA" had one- and only one- anchor I liked. No, it wasn't Charlie or Diane, but the wry Canadian, Kevin Newman. I enjoyed Kevin's pleasant, dry-humored manner, and he probably should have stayed a little longer. I also liked Spencer Christian, the most erudite weather guy of all. Last I heard, Kevin was the nightly anchor on Canada's Global Network (their Fox), based in lovely Vancouver- not a bad place to be based, eh? As for Diane, whom I still like, you might not think of her the same way if, like me, you took a peek at "Spin Sisters"- a witty, dishy look at the media-women cabal by print veteran Myrna Blyth. She's the distaff answer to Bernie Goldberg- Diane/Katie/Rosie (especially Rosie) fans, look out!
