The drama at the Olympics for the Gymnastics is the real deal that HK was not. You had the obvious rigged scores for the Russian and Chinese and this Bella dude is going crazy like he is Pops from Speed Racer. So the Chinese cop comes down and changes scores after the one girl does what is described as the world standard and they are trying to give her a real low score. And so on but it was real reality and on that level even if you don't like gymnastics it was something that HK is not. At least not the 4 I saw but then again Matty's fake going crazy because he knew the games were unfairly rigged against him was super classic. It was great how the other cooks thought that was real. Now Jen that was real but give me stuff that is more real like the Olympics. Of course I can't tell how much of the Olympics is real either since the pool is smaller than Olympic regulation size, the jet stream make swimmers go faster, the warm water makes them go faster, the swimsuits add 2-3 seconds to times and I didn't know this but for some reason the swim caps make them go faster. God even the reality of the Olympics is a rig- the fireworks took a whole year to fake for us by computers. Great. But when they get those level of ratings I guess it doesn't matter. Still the Gymnastics was real and Michael Phelps Golds are real unlike HK which was faked. If the Chinese government doesn't recognize any athlete who gets under gold does that mean that they dig a hole in the ground and shoot all the ones who aren't going to get Golds in the future like those 8 year old gymnasts they have in the back of the head before they steal the gold and oil from the Sudan where they are baking the genocide. Man on the other hand you know HK was rigged but at leastt they weren't funding the extermanation of an entire race for fun and profit. God is watching!
I'd like to see a season of HK more like the version that ran in the UK, where Ramsay takes on a bunch of celebrities and tries to teach them to cook. That would be a lot more interesting than these nobody wannabes that he has on the show now.

I'd like to see some of the 'celebrity chefs' appear on HK and find out just how well they can actually cook. Rachel Ray, Martha Stewart, people like that. Put them under Ramsay's wrath and see what happens.
I understand from someone on the internet who claims to have gone to a Ramsay fine-dining experience that Chef has a tendency to hire them young and utilizes a lot of teen girls. If that's the case then Christina is going to have a lot of competition if she expects to keep her job as a Sous Chef for much longer than the other winners of HK. I hope she does well but I hope she doesn't spend her money too fast.
My problem is that if they were going for the drama then they needed to pick someone else. Maybe they could have gotten Matty into hypnotism and he suddenly changes and makes the most incredible comeback in HK history. Or Jen and someone have a big fight during the final- I thought that the soap opera angle had it's elements but they could have made the rig a lot more dramatic. There could have been a fight with Matty's knife and someone could have gone to the hospital. Or since it was all about the drama, Jen should have won. I might have decided to watch the already shot HK5 if they had the guts to go over the top and throw it to jen. Too bad I guess I'll have to watch Top Chef instead...
I talked to a head chef and he said HK is only about drama and totally faked but Top Chef is the real thing with real chefs. Guess I won't be watching HK5 and I will be watching Bravo more instead. Also like the previous poster said films like King of Kong. The film
Chop Shop is way more real than HK. Most of the people from Queens are not part of the film and the kids really made $40 selling candy to real people. The star really spent 6 months working in the auto shop before filming and they really are teaching him how to do the work and the cameraman accidently catches it. That's 6 more months experience than are winner for HK who got 250 K. Ali and Izzy sure could have used that money to fix up their food van. The kid in Chop Shop is not acting when he is doing these things- that's a real store, the guy running it is the real owner and the business is legit- is way more of a leader and doing his job better than the contestants on HK. Look at how he takes the business for himself when the adult tries to cheat him and he calls the owner to step in without skipping a beat. None of the staged scenes in HK show that level of leadership or skill. And how old is he- 9? Wow, HK has truely jumped the shark but then I'd have to watch earlier seasons to determine if it was already at the bottom.
I think Petrozza should have won, by far. And Jen...woo. What an ego! Jen should have left, not Bobby. I think the finalists should have been Bobby and Petrozza. Christina's a good cook, but, like others before me said, she lacks experience. Maybe she'll gain a lot of it after winning the grand prize.

Well, I'll be waiting for the next season.
I want to start a write-in campaign: Jen for President! She'd be so great at putting all those other countries in their place... and going around the backs of Congress to accomplish everything she wants to get done, like having her face put on all the paper currency and re-naming 'Ronald Reagan National Airport' as 'Jen the Great National Airport.'

Maybe we could start off a petition drive for the campaign by having Jen ask Ramsay to be the first to sign the petition...

Whattayathink?
The last two seasons of "Rig the Election" have been fascinating to watch but extremely disappointing in the final outcomes. Hopefully this season will be better...
HK was heading to a JTS and I think it made it with 4 when it was so obvious that the show wasn't about who was the best contestant. But you know maybe Christina will get the kind of experience that will let her get way ahead of the competition and she'll be catty about it and laugh all the way to the bank. Me, I'm making the switch to a real show Top Chef on Bravo with real contestants. In a world where Reality is increasingly fake so far this show seems legit. Albeit, I wouldn't be surprised if this is the season where it is rigged too and I'll be struggling to find shows to watch outside of the Olympics. Let's see CSI Cincinatti or the latest Reality show rig- the election for the President of the United States.
Why should Mrs. Ramsay care? She's got Rock.
I'm real surpised that Mrs. Ramsay will let Christina cook with him. I guess that's part of the prenump.
Did the show jump with season 4? I don't know for sure.

It's tempting to say that Ramsay pushed it pretty close to the shark pool by not being able to keep his randy little "assistant" in check -- but then I really don't know if there was actually anything going on between him and Christina, even if only one-sided. Rumors are rumors and you can't trust anything you read on the internet, so I don't want to say that he chose Christina out of some sort of lurid fantasy he was having about her without some concrete proof.

On the other hand, how else do you justify what happened on the show? Christina was in no way the better qualified contestant this season. Patrozza has his problems, but he is much more of a chef than Christina is. She may indeed get better with time and experience, but right now she doesn't come close to being ready for working in a Ramsay kitchen.

I would say that HK4 has come to the brink of jumping by Ramsay's favoritism. Whether it actually jumps or not I think will be born out in HK5 -- if he is more neutral next season, the show may be ok. If he continues on in the same way as this season, the show is lost.
This season's group was a bunch of sad sacks. PATHETIC As far as Christina or any of them being Executive Chef at Gordon Ramsay's restaurent, BULL. As far as Jen and her nasty dirty fake hair, she waa just a short, fat, dumpy Omarosa wannabe.
Ramsey lied about how he 'prepares for the future' or whatever. I nrecently checked up op the other winners of HK, and none of them currently work for Ramsey anymore, except Rock, from last season. Rock doesn't even cook. For preparing for the future, these chefs have short live dcareers with Ramsey.
So much hatred for Jen.

Yeah, there's a lot of hatred for Jen, and she deserves every bit of it. She is a mean, spiteful, hateful bitch who would stab her own mother in the back to boost her own image.

Her behavior on the show, every step of the way, was pitiful and just plain wrong.
So much hatred for Jen. It's interesting how some like Craig and Jen seemed to be real pissed off when they figured out the game was rigged. Others like Bobby take the attitude I'm the best already so it don't matter none to me. I thought Petrozza would have problems with his team at the end but they showed team work for the most part. Lou Ross was trying to show how eager and positive he could be despite the rig which I guess is the way to go. He won't get hired by Christina if she is only a Sous Chef and not head as listed on the internet but
he might get a big offer somewhere else. But then to an extent everything is a rig because if you have the networks, affirmative action or whatever else to get the right position you get the training and experience and blow the others away by default even though at first you might have been weak. Shame I really thought HK4 was going to be the best player and Patrozza despite his smoking and messiness would win- especially with how he took charge at the end and was better in all categories than Christina. Except he wasn't chosen for the rig. It seemed to be either a camp crowd deal to get people pissed off with women using looks to get ahead unfairly or Ramsay just being randy for someone other than his wife. But it's a rig and I can't hear what they say in the backroom so it could be anything. I thought Ramsay was going to go with Correy and them I heard she was getting married or just married and you know at that point she can't win unless she is willing to give it up to Ramsay on the side. I mean at this point it could be anything. Correy needed to put down her hair and model dresses I guess. And then she comes out in some interview that she doesn't want to win that much because she'd rather have sex with the husband and travel around the world with him than cook. Maybe we can see them doing some version of hip-hop in 100 countries around the world and it will become a reality show- dance reality is king now you know. But I guess Corey wasn't going to be the Mistress. Who knows the contestants came into it real but the behind the scenes people fake it so much or rig the conclusions so much that it could be anything.. I also saw on the net that Christina pulled the same sex moves in school to get her way, I wonder if that is true. If you want to see real Reality try Infomania and films like King of Kong. I would say the news but in America they are rigging the news for the Democrats and Obama who has taken record amounts big money from the so-called "select few" and will be expected to do their will. But you know he can walk water. I have heard that we have the 2 party system so the select few can stay in maximum power and independents like Ron Paul are made to look like candidates for the outcasts when they get the highest approval in the debates for telling what is really going on for about 3 minutes on the debate ometer and then you never see them again. I hear that the people in charge feel especially after Bush that it is time for the Democrats to sweep. Isn't it funny how Mc.Cain was scheduled to lose and all of a sudden he runs away with the Primary. Man it's just the same as with Christina- the Kennedy-Lincoln similarities have nothing on Mc.Cain-Christina. I just have one request for HK 5- can you let the Chinesse Government win it and take over Ramsay's empire?
