This is perhaps the worst show to come along in a while. The premise is so incredibly horrible. The assistant district attorney is into the hot defense attorney, who dislikes him because he's a D.A. The show tries to convey the idea that D.A.'s put innocent people in jail because they feel like it, and defense attorneys are doing the American people a big service, because apparently no one is guilty of any crimes, its just the evil D.A. putting them in jail for no reason. Other low points of the show is the guy's dumb best friend, and also his assistant who is retarded. Possible only redeeming qualities are the two hot chicks on the show, but they're not hot enough to save this stupid, pointless show.
This show stinks, but was at first somewhat watchable thanks to Amanda Detmer and Ana Ortiz. The tension between Adam, Susan and Ana was actually beginning to get interesting, but the Adam's loser roommate Owen is always hanging around their office, with the intention of going after the one Adam doesn't want. I doubt the show will last much longer, but until then, please, writers, give Owen his own life!
This is a new show, I guess they call it Midseason, or something. It airs on NBC, after "Frasier". You know the deal - it's replacing "In Laws". Anyway, I'm a paralegal, so I thought I would hate it (who wants to be reminded of their day job?). So I wasn't going to watch it, even though I'm a devoted Frasier fan and hopelessly lazy as a TV watcher. But my husband told me one of his coworkers thought it was one of the funniest shows he'd seen, so I tried it and I really enjoyed it. It's laugh out loud funny and the lead (I think his name is Scott Foley) is funny, handsome and sweet. Gush, gush.
