Never Jumped
Too many new characters with super powers
Save the Cheerleader
Claire's real dad (Nathan Petrelli)
Special Guest Star (Stan Lee)
Shark Bytes
It jumped when they introduced the policeman. The dimwit writers then had to have him paired with an FBI agent-which would never happen-and the show went downhill from there.
Also 3 black people is too many

Season 3 - the addition of Maya "Scrappy Doo" Herrera as a primary cast member, and constant ads and interviews touting the fact that she gets naked in the premiere and talking about how hot and steamy she is. Keeping an unpopular character with no storyline but harping on how sexy she is is a sign the writers have no real ideas, especially when this is being pimped as one of the major 'stories' of the season.
Heroes jumped the shark in season 2, but fans gave it another chance. I predict it will jump spectacularly in season 3. This show is going to crash and burn in a season of epic fail that will be remembered for years.

This show jumped the instant Season 2 started and we had to endure stupid storylines. I mean seriously, every storyline for EVERY main character was boring, stupid, or introduced secondary characters that I wanted to see killed immediately (Claire's nerd boyfriend. Ugh.)
peter couldn't fly away as he was using all jis power to stop himself from becoming a nuclear bomb, he was shown as using his telepathy powers and healing, as well as his radiation power, also it wouldn't matter if peter phased through the vault door as adam was the one who knew what the virus looked like, get your facts straight before complaining about some that you have totally wrong
This show does not know how to utilize the fact that the characters have powers. (Season 2 especially)
Examples:
1) In the season finale of season 1, when Peter is about to explode, he could fly up himself, rather than Nathan having to fly him up.
2) When Peter regains his memory in season 2, it seems as if the only power he remembers are telekenesis and electricity. The show simply does not know how to use Peter, and it forgets about all he is capable of.
3) In the season finale of season 2, Peter uses his teleknetic powers to move a steel door. He even gets a nosebleed. This pissed me off, because he could simply phase right through it.

People who call it an X-men rip off are ignorant.
Season 2 sucked, but in its defence it was cut short. I think Claire'll be killed by Sylar.

This show is brilliant, and I never believed it truly jumped the shark. It just seemed to get better and better.
Peter being so powerful ticked me off, though. I liked it better when he just mirrored the powers of nearby heroes, but now he's automatically the best one because he has everyone's powers combined. Jeez...

I always saw this show as an X-men ripoff
What finally did it for me was the "Save The Cheerleader Hype"
Real Cheerleaders fall from pyramids and get paralized, they don't get up and kill their former boyfriends one by one like this Mary Sue does.

this show jumped with season 1's season finale. When they took down the bad guy, but never bothered to check to make sure he was dead... I mean, really?! No one noticed that he crawled on his belly, leaving a blood stain along the way as he went down the sewer hole?!
good show. hope next season is better. season 2 wasn't so bad but it could of been better. and this enter the world you see below thing is irritating.
Okay, i don't have anything to say about whether the 2nd season sucked or not, claire's real dad, save the cheerleader or any of the other reasons people think it jumped. i DO have something to say about STAN LEE. How many people know who stan lee is. a lot more now than a few years ago due to his movie cameo's, tee shirts, TV shows etc. I knew about Stan Lee at the age of 6 when i began reading comics. STAN LEE IS A SAINT. Stan created THE greatest comic book heroes of this or any other generation. Spider-man, hulk, FF, daredevil, Iron man, just to name a FEW. TO those of you who said STAN appearing in this show with one line is the cause of it jumping...WHAT ARE YOU THINKING?!?! The show's creator's were giving a nod to the man who made it possible for a six year old kid to get lost in another world while the one he lived in is a living hell, the man who's possibly responsible for comics even being alive today, THE MAN WHO IS PROBABLY THE REASON THIS SHOW WAS EVER MADE. Tim Kring was showing Stan the respect he deserved when he put him in the show.
I'd like to personally thank Tim for doing that because he showed me that he didn't only want to write a good show, he wanted people understand who he owes his show truly to. STAN LEE.
So, Thank you Tim, and thank you STAN.

How come Peter doesn't absorb the Haitian's power when the Haitian isn't using it because he can absorb other peoples powers when they don't use it plus he'd only be able to absorb the Haitian's power when the Haitian isn't using it.
I only have two words for Heroes - just two - ALIK LARTER!!
WOW!! KA-BLAM!!! MY GOSH!! PROOF OF HEAVEN!! Hottest woman ever!

The show is called Heroes but no one really does anything heroic since season 1. The writers have no regard for all the paradoxes Hiro creates when they have him time travel like crazy.
Claire's season 2 storyline was a bad imitation of bad shows like One Tree Hill. Sylar and Peter were made way too powerful with no consequence and that poses many problems. Mainly the production budget for the show is not enough to cover the cost of a good Sylar vs Peter battle. (The S1 finale fight was a let down) and realizing this the writers turned to lame ways to make them weak. Amnesia and sickness.
I need more kickassery in season 3 or this show is doomed.
BTW: The show with good action right now is The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
