Shark Bytes

It's really deteriorated recently since they started putting all the dull family crap in it. Neighbours = twenty minutes of sunshine and fit birds. GET THE TOTTY BACK.....Nicky Whelan, Holly Valance, Natalie Imbruglia, Nicola Charles, Kimberley Davies, Dee the Nurse, Bronwyn, Brooke Satchwell, Kylie's dungarees, etc.

Neighbours has declined so badly that I can't switch the channel fast enough when it comes on. If I lived in Ramsay Street I would kill myself.
The shows ratings keep dropping and that is because it keeps getting crapper. . . I hate all the new characters (Briget fricken Didge, Riley, Oliver, Declan, Rachel, Ringo)
This show is full of crap actors who couldn't act their way out of a wet paper bag.

This show jumped so long ago that I can't remember.

the timmins family were great. since then it has not been as funny. but i still like watching it everyday.

Neighbours was always pretty watchable up until about 1999....but since then...im afraid it has been lacking in quality or originality!!

Just about the best thing on the box ,a place where nice british people can watch nice people, who cares it's a soap ,lifes foe dreaming can,t all be the winner

Neighbours has actually reversed jumped quite significantly in the last half year or so -to the extent that it has gone from being a terrible show throughout most of its run to being a watchable show. They've got rid of quite a few of the annoying characters and have replaced them with more realistic and down-to-earth characters. The storylines are also a lot more interesting these days. I hope it continues in this mode and doesn't go back to being what it once was

Paul is great. Neighbours is the greatest soap opera on tv.

I still watch Neighbours. I am getting fed up with characters leaving and entering for a short while. Get Rid of Paul Robinson

2006 season finale was a big jump the shark worst season ever !

‘Neighbours’ is probably the only soap that lost something when a dog (Bouncer) departed. When the doggy thespian died of cancer shortly after Bouncer was written out, it was the cue for a surprisingly large number of condolence cards and tributes. Also, Bouncer always livens any montage of highlights on Neighbours retrospective documentaries.

‘Neighbours’ hasn't really jumped the shark because it is still doing what it says on the tin - naffness packaged in an easily accessible way.

Neighbours is bad because it always copies the things off home and away!!!!! i luv home and away!

i used to like neighbours, it's just so boring now, all the new characters and the actors just leave and die in the episodes.

Neighbours hate men and never used too. its so annoying.

This show lost all sense when they got Lori pregnant with Connor's child, killed off Dee, added the Timmins clan to the neighbourhood, made Sky break up with Boyd and simulataneously made her a lesbian (or bi-curious whatever that phase was) and then shacked Boyd with Janae and Sky with Dylan.

It jumped when Madge died. Yet her daughter Sharlene - played by Kylie Minogue) and son-in-law Scott (played by Jason Donovan) didn't even bother to turn up for the funeral!

And with such loose storylines, this show is now a ratings disaster. Channel 10 is desperately looking for interesting new stories but I think this show has had it's day and should be euthanised. Home & Away is much more fun - strewth!
