Soooo...slowwwww. It's a rare thing when I can't get through more than one episode of a kid's show. And I don't like the smug, politically correct producers thinking they introduced gay tolerance in such a subtle way, Mr. Tinky-Winky with the lavender fur and inverted-triangle head! But this can be an escapist show for sure, as my thirty-year-old Goth friend likes it! And she thinks Boohbah is even more brilliant.
That baby sungod killed a beetle the first time i watch it, i been scared of the show since. *shudders*
A baby show? Au contraire! Actually, this show is too stupid to be for babies. It is, as I mentioned before, an escapist show for teens and older viewers.
Uhhhh, i think we are all forgetting...THIS IS A BABY SHOW! Yes, i am aware of 'Again Again', 'Baby Sun Gods' and 'Tubby "Tusterd"', but the show is aimed at infants. And you people are what? 12-99? Coming and judging a BABY SHOW? Sorry, but grow up, and the Tubbies probably never jumped, even if they did, they are for BABIES and BABIES don't Notice/care if a show jumps anyway! They just care if Winky Tinky, or Dipsie is there to greet them in the morining!
Maybe it's this big heart of mine (I'm the only Pwnisher who has never killed anyone) but I just love the baby sun god. All the Teletubbies, however need to die.
Not much educational value, especially with that baby sun god and that windmill that the teletubbies worship.

This show does have a few bits of educational values in it (the movie sequences), but other than that, it has no value whatsoever! People SAY that baby sun god is an example of how baby pictures reality, but I don't think a baby will look at the sun and see a baby in it. It's a subliminal message! The teletubbies also worship that windmill idol. It's just very deranged. I guess to some people it's entertaining. An infants mind is developing at the age that one might watch this. This show just halts the brain's growth, and instead turns the brain into cabbage.
My friends and I had a major argument at school about the best baby show. I said that Blue's Clues was, (which it is) but everyone else said Teletubbies! Teletubbies are gay! Except for Laa-Laa. She was awesome!
In answer to Justine's question, Po was a girl ("portrayed" by Pui Fan Lee,who also played Deborah in season 2 of "Chef!").So was Laa-Laa. Dipsy and Tinky Winky were both male.
Alright...well im searching to find out if Po the teletubbie is a boy or girl. I personally think its a boy but i need to find out.if you know post something...thx
This show is garbage. Yes, it's for small kids, but what's the point? Teletubbies does nothing to stimulate their minds. The plot? Easy to recycle! Just have a bunch of fools do nothing but act like fools with the occasional live-action clip and the four of them demanding an encore: "AGAIN! AGAIN!" Yet some mentally ill fellows decided to deem this truckload full of dreck "educational and informational".
How?! What does it teach, how to repeat "tubby custard" and other words over and over, like a moron? How to act like you're mentally retarded so your parents and school give you "special" education and treatment? There is nothing--NOTHING!--educational about teletubbies. I have yet to see what it teaches kids in order to earn that "educational" label.
This is merely an escapist show for teens and older viewers.

I'm addicted to the show. its cute and cuddly. I love their tubby custard. it left me with the deepest impression in this show. (: love. can they show more of tubbycustard? hahaha
I cannot help but be disturbed by the level of anger and hostility being generators by the detractors of this show. It's a show for small children for goodness sake! Why can't they enjoy it without all the angry grownups disrespecting it?
