I remember this show....although briefly. I remember I was "13" and the show didn't make it past maybe two broadcasts. I remember feeling "sad" that is got cancelled and I didn't get to see a full episode....I guess It shows where my priorities were when I was "13". HaHa!
Oh, I don't know if the shark ever even bothered to wake up for this one. But I can't vote it the worst show ever because 1)I never saw a full episode, and 2)it had the funniest closing sequence (credits) in sitcom history. A groovy upbeat theme song (I think "Hey, look at me/I'm ready to fly" was the opening line) and a shot of a backboard, with all the team shooting balls and NOT ONE OF THEM GOES IN. Simple, one-joke sight gag, but I thought it was a riot-I laughed all night long just thinking about it. Then the last ball goes through the net and off screen everyone cheers. Great stuff, man.
Well, it's hard to say when it jumped, as it only lasted I believe 6 episodes, and it was voted in at least one formal poll, and I'm sure many other informal ones, as THE Worst show to ever see an airdate! I cant believe it wasn't even mentioned-don't you guys watch enough of bad TV shoes? I mean, with the noted thespian Joe Namath as the lead role? Please, put this one in your listings at least-I'm sure most of the people here have forgotten about it, but never forgiven it!
