Teenage Sex is gonna happen, no matter how much you shield them from it... might as well get them prepared for it early, this show is terrible, I agree, but the character is a good role model, not jamie lynn herself... I'm sick of all the stuck-up middle class families that try to shield their children from everything... you live life once, you make mistakes, and learn from them. Teens could learn that pregnancy is hell, and it's not a good thing at a young age, and just complicates things.

umm... i agree with most of you... chase should be the baby daddy for the show! that would be hilarious! i like the show but jamie is gonna turn out like her sister and doesnt have much talent... get over people... she got pregnant KNOWING that she was a role model to a bunch of little girls so get over it...

Yada Yada Yada, Jamie is pregnant...blah blah blah...
The producers could use her pregnancy in the show...has there ever been a teen-related show about teen pregnancy???
That would be insightful...or at least a good shot at being the first teen show ever to do such a thing.
Show jumped when Jamie came back from England and Chase went to England to see her and they tell each other their feelings on the webcam...lame...
Or that one character...can't stand her, forgot her name, but she has a bad lisp...yeah...she needs to go...

The April 2008 issue of Mad magazine has a funny parody ad for Zoey 101, calling it Zygote 101, even changing Nickelodeon's name to Stickyloadeon. Check it out. I forget what page it's on but it's worth a look.

Now that Jamie's pregnant, I hope she did the right thing by wisely quittin' smokin'. Otherwise, she'll risk havin' a baby that could be born handicapped. Peace.

All the people who worked on Zoey 101 are now out of work because Spears is a trollop.

First of all, we all know that Jamie Lynn only got this job because of her mess of a sister (sorry Chris Crocker). She really doesn't have any talent, and this show is like a slightly comedic Laguna Beach for younger kids. But at least this show has a black guy. And this show has a little too much teen angst for my taste. It's kind of like I don't care what happens to this show. Also, just for kicks, they should write in the Zoey is pregnant and that the baby is Chase's.

i think that zoey 101 should be canceled. There's HORRIBLE acting and I know that people have already said this but the pregnancy thing does give out a horrible message! And I don't know if anyone has noticed this but one every knew season they get rid of one of the character's and replace them with someone else.

Bad, bad idea to keep it going.

It's like they're rewarding her for bad behavior.

'Zoey' has lately JTSed with the exit of Sean Flynn, who's been reduced to bein' in the closin' credits. How can Chase and Zoey have a datin' relationship when he's not there? Did Sean do anything to tick off Dan Schneider? Somebody in the know let us know. Peace.

Now that Chase has admitted that he loves Zoey, more episodes should be made where Zoey comes back from London, professes her love for Chase, and then, the show can go on from there. Jamie's pregnancy shouldn't be a stickin' point. Peace.

I do think the show needs to be cancelled. Jamie needs to soend the rest of her time raising her baby and the best way she can that is by going back to Louisiana and slipping into obscurity.

Sadly, it does send out a HORRIBLE message. I don't care how many prego teens there are - it does NOT make it okay. I'm not saying that more young girl's are going to get pregnant, but the ones that do will thinks it's fine and it isn't.

I believe that if they are careful they can continue running the show without worry. As has been said before, the upcoming season has already been recorded, which gives a good 4 or 5 months I believe. If they got started on the season after that, then they would be covered for even longer. When she came out and told everyone she was three months pregnant. most do not fully show until about 5-7 months depending on the person. With clever positioning, they could even continue recording the show. That is what they have done for other shows, and when she is closer to term, I think it would be a good idea for them to do a sex ed show, they could easily explain her size by saying it was a pregnancy suit, which shows the stress and the weight a pregnant person is under. I doubt they are going to cancel right away anyway, too much money has already been invested. So as far as I believe, we are in store for another season of Zoey 101
